L'histoire
Le modèle Superocean II 42 est une authentique montre de plongée, laquelle associe une allure véritablement sportive à des performances exceptionnelles, dont entre autres son étanchéité jusqu’à 50 bars (500 m/1650 ft). La lunette tournante unidirectionnelle, cannelée et surmoulée de caoutchouc, comporte de grands chiffres clairement visibles, un compte à rebours des 15 dernières minutes du temps de plongée et un repère triangulaire luminescent situé à 12 heures. Son boîtier en acier poli, associé à un cadran noir ou bleu, est accompagné d’un bracelet assorti en caoutchouc. Ce modèle doit sa précision infaillible à son calibre mécanique à remontage automatique, officiellement certifié chronomètre par le COSC.
