Superocean Heritage B31 Automatic 40 Kelly Slater

It is a 500-piece limited edition of the 40 mm Superocean Heritage line, co-designed with surfing legend Kelly Slater—an 11-time world champion—to celebrate his career and his adopted home of Hawaii. The blue dial is stamped with a tropical foliage pattern evoking light through a Hawaiian canopy, matched with a blue ceramic bezel.
The open caseback reveals the in-house B31 movement and is engraved with "One of 500" and "Kelly Slater Limited Edition." It ships in a special Hawaiian-motif presentation box with a personal note from Slater.

It uses the same refined 40 mm stainless-steel case (about 11.73 mm thick) as the standard B31 40, but with a distinctive blue dial featuring a stamped tropical-foliage motif and a color-matched blue ceramic unidirectional bezel. Hands and applied indexes carry Super-LumiNova for low-light and underwater legibility, with a date window at 6 o'clock.
This reference comes on a stainless-steel mesh bracelet, with a blue rubber mesh-style strap also available, and the movement is on display through the engraved exhibition caseback.

It is fitted with the in-house Caliber B31, Breitling's first exclusive three-hand manufacture movement. It beats at 28,800 vph (4 Hz), delivers a 78-hour power reserve, and is officially COSC-certified for chronometer accuracy of -4/+6 seconds per day. The caliber is showcased through the open sapphire caseback, whose outer ring carries the limited-edition engravings—a fitting way to highlight the watch's most significant technical feature.
