Pick-up service

The pick-up service is a service where, when you request maintenance or repair of your Breitling, you return your watch to Studio Breitling using a dedicated packaging kit, and after maintenance and repair are completed, it is delivered back to you.

1 - Simple Application

Fill out and submit the pick-up service form.

2 - You will receive a special packing material kit

After completing the application for the pick-up service, we will send you a packing kit (watch box and return envelope) by regular mail.

[Attention ~ About shipping]
It may take 3~7 business days from the time you apply to the shipment of the packing kit (including congestion, busy seasons, holidays, etc.). Please allow plenty of time for your application.

【Caution ~ Receipt】
If the packing kit does not fit in the delivery mailbox, it may be handed over by the postman. In addition, it may be necessary to request redelivery in your absence.

If you do not receive your order more than 10 days after completing your application, please contact Studio Breitling.


After receiving the packing kit, please follow the enclosed instructions to store and pack the watch for maintenance or repair.

3 - Shipment of watches

Once packed and ready to ship, you can request a pick-up from your designated carrier and return it to Studio Breitling.

4 - You will receive a check on the status of your watch and a quote

Parts may need to be replaced during repair (maintenance service) or overhaul of the faulty part.
After checking the condition of the watch sent in the packing kit, we will send a quotation to your email address.
After confirming and agreeing to the contents of the quotation, we will start the work.

*A cancellation fee will be charged from the stage of receiving the watch.

5 - After maintenance, delivery and payment by cash on delivery

Your watch will be delivered to you after maintenance and repairs have been completed. The service fee will be paid by cash on delivery (cash or credit card) at the time of pick-up.

Nationwide flat rate 800 yen (excluding tax)

*The above fee includes round-trip shipping (including remote islands) as well as cash-on-delivery handling charges.

TOTAL AMOUNT PAID

Technical fee (maintenance and overhaul) + replacement parts (if necessary) + pick-up service fee + consumption tax
