Purchase Terms

1. Please confirm the product price (including tax) and all displayed information, and review these Terms before completing your purchase.

2. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted, except in the case of initial defects. (For returns or exchanges due to initial defects, please refer to faq).

3. Products will be shipped sequentially after the purchase process is completed. Delivery dates may vary depending on logistics conditions.

4. Breitling is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address, name, or phone number provided by the customer. If the shipment is returned due to “address unknown,” re-delivery may not be possible.

5. This product is limited to one purchase per customer. Multiple purchases may result in cancellation of the order.

6. This pre-order is available only to residents of Japan.

7. By completing the purchase, the customer is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment & Purchase Method

1. All purchases must be made by credit card payment.

2. Acceptable credit card brands are listed on the checkout screen.

3. If fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected, the purchase process may be suspended or cancelled.

1. The pre-order and any subsequent purchase of the product are subject to these Terms in addition to the Online Boutique Terms of Use and the applicable policies listed below.

2. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms and any other policies or provisions, these Terms shall prevail.
