RETURNS
For free returns, please contact our Customer Service on +7 (495) 197-84-84 or e-mail us at info.ru@breitling.com.
Returns must be made within seven days of the delivery date, and the items that are returned must meet the requirements listed below in order to be eligible for a full refund.
WATCHES
The watch must still have its security tag.
There should be no signs of wear, and the watch must be in excellent condition and still have all of the protective elements attached.
All documents and items included in the original packaging must be returned with the watch.
BRACELETS
There should be no signs of wear, and the watch must be in excellent condition and still have all of the protective elements attached.
All documents and the case included in the original packaging must be returned together with the bracelet.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt of your return, Breitling will verify that the returned product meets the return conditions and subject it to a rigorous review.
If the product does not meet quality standards, Breitling may refuse the return or only issue a partial refund for the returned product.
It may take up to seven days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed.
USEFUL INFORMATION
Please note:
- All products returned to Breitling are fully insured.
- Only those Breitling products that have been purchased through our website or our Customer Service are eligible for refunds.
- Breitling products that have been altered, personalized, or modified in any way cannot be returned to Breitling for a refund.
