Salesforce Live Agent

1. For purposes of communicating and responding to inquiries, we use Salesforce Live Agent, a real-time live chat software provided by Salesforce.com, Inc. Salesforce Tower, 415 Mission Street, 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA ("Salesforce").

2. When you engage with Salesforce Live Agent, we will collect personal data in order to communicate with you and respond to your inquiries. Specifically, we will collect your personal identifiers (name) and any additional information you choose to disclose in your correspondence with Salesforce Live Agent (including the content of your messages). In addition to the information you provide directly to us, we and Salesforce Live Agent may also collect information from you automatically via cookies as you utilize the live chat feature. This information includes the following internet and other electronic network activity information: usage information (start and end, duration). We collect and use the personal data to enable Salesforce Live Agent to function properly, diagnose and repair errors, to analyze trends, and to conduct analytics to improve our website and product functionality. If you disclose that you are an account holder during your use of Salesforce Live Chat and request this, a record of your chat will be linked to your account.

3. We process your personal data in order to fulfill our contractual obligations or to respond to (pre)contractual inquiries. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent and / or on our legitimate interests in responding to the inquiries.

4. In order to guarantee processing in compliance with data protection regulations, we have concluded a contract data processing agreement with Salesforce. Salesforce is also certified under the data protection agreement "Privacy Shield" and guarantees compliance with data protection standards.

5. We store your personal data only for the length of time necessary to process the communication. Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

6. For information about how we share your personal data generally, please see our privacy policy. Since the launch of Salesforce Live Chat on 16th of February 2021, we have shared your personal identifiers and internet and electronic network activity information with our service provider, Salesforce, in order to provide Salesforce Live Agent. We have also shared your internet and other electronic network activity information with our IT support to maintain the website, detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and to identify and repair errors.

7. Since the launch of Salesforce Live Chat on 16th of February 2021, we have not sold your personal data that we collected in connection with Salesforce Live Agent.

8. If our processing of your personal data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have certain rights with respect to your personal data. For more information, please see our privacy policy.

9. The use of Salesforce Live Agent is on a voluntary basis. You are free to contact us by other means.
