For security reasons, we will ship all our orders in a non-brand shipping box and signature is required on delivery (or alternative in accordiance with current COVID19 regulations)
To ensure outstanding service and fast delivery, we proudly partner with DHL and a signature will be required upon delivery to your address (or alternative in accordiance with current COVID19 regulations)
We'll send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to be dispatch, which will include a DHL tracking reference and link so you can monitor the delivery progress on the DHL website.

Unfortunately we are unable to modify your payment method for an existing order or accept two different payment methods on a single transaction. If you wish to change your payment method after placing your order, you will need to request a cancellation and our Breitling Concierge team can help set up a new order for you.
We hope you enjoy your new Breitling watch or strap upon delivery but if you wish to return your Breitling order for any reason, you can contact the Breitling Concierge to request a return within 14 days of your delivery date. We offer complimentary returns collections with DHL and provide you a prepaid return labels
We are unable to accept returns purchased from Breitling.com at one of our Breitling boutiques or authorised retailers. Please contact our Breitling Concierge team for further assistance
All credit/debit card holders are subject to verification, validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Breitling, contact your card issuer directly to resolve the issue. If you pay by card, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity using 3D Secure authentication.
How does it work? During the order process, you may be redirected to a 3D Secure authentication page where you will be asked to confirm your identity using a means of contact that you have provided to your bank. When your payment is authenticated, you’ll be sent automatically to your Breitling order-confirmation page. As soon as your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email.
How will my bank confirm my identity? Please contact your bank to understand their 3D Secure authentication process and ensure they have your most up-to-date contact details.
