Erling Haaland
Pro football player
Raised in Bryne, Norway, Erling Haaland sprinted through the football ranks, making his professional debut at just 15. Known for his explosive speed, clinical finishing, and unmatched physical presence, Haaland has become one of the most dominant strikers in football today. After breaking records in Austria and Germany, he helped break the Premier League single-season scoring record and secured a historic treble in 2023.
Breitling X Erling Haaland
Teaming up with Breitling brand ambassador and global football superstar Erling Haaland, we present the co-designed Chronomat Erling Haaland. A set of limited-edition timepieces with meteorite dials that represent the striker’s out-of-this-world talent.

Coming in two variants: the Chronomat Automatic GMT has a stainless-steel case with a platinum bezel. It features a red-gold GMT hand and Erling’s initials on the central seconds hand. The caseback is inscribed with “ONE OF 500” and “Erling Haaland 9” surrounding an engraving of Haaland in his signature goal-celebration pose. The watch pairs with either a classic steel rouleaux bracelet, or a black rouleaux-style rubber strap.
The Chronomat B01 42 comes in a red-gold case that reveals Breitling’s flagship Manufacture Caliber 01 through its display caseback, engraved with “ONE OF 250”, and again Haaland’s number 9. Erling’s initials are on the chronograph seconds hand. The watch is offered in either the 18k red-gold rouleaux bracelet, or a black rubber strap.

THE SIGNATURE
Formed over 4.5 billion years ago, the Muonionalusta meteorite is among Earth’s oldest known materials. It landed nearly a million years ago in what is now northern Sweden, where rare fragments are found in icy glacial moraines. Composed mainly of iron and nickel, it also contains rare silicates and stishovite—minerals rarely seen on Earth. Once extracted, it’s sliced to reveal the Widmanstätten pattern, a natural crystalline structure formed during slow cooling in space. Each piece is unique and irreplicable. Breitling now uses this extraordinary material for the first time—a stellar material in a modern timepiece.
