International Warranty
Your Breitling watch or chronograph is warranted against any manufacturing defect in accordance with these terms and conditions (“Breitling International Warranty”) and the International Warranty section of the General Conditions of Sale from the date of purchase of the watch (“Warranty Period”).

Breitling movements
Watches not equipped with a Breitling manufacture mechanical movement are covered by the Breitling International Warranty for a period of 2 (two) years (“Breitling International Warranty”) from the date of purchase of the watch (“Warranty Period”) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
MECHANICAL MANUFACTURE BREITLING MOVEMENTS
Watches equipped with a Breitling Manufacture mechanical movement are covered by the Breitling International Warranty for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of purchase of the watch (“Breitling International Manufacture Movement Warranty”). The Breitling International Manufacture Movement Warranty covers any manufacturing defect for the Breitling mechanical Manufacture movement Products.


HOW CAN I TELL IF MY WATCH HAS A BREITLING MANUFACTURE MECHANICAL MOVEMENT?
Check the model number on the case back of your watch.
If the second letter is a B and the next 2 numbers are between 01 and 35 (B01 to B35), your watch has a Breitling Manufacture mechanical movement.
Warranty activation and information
Once the Breitling International Warranty has been activated, the following information will be available to you, either by scanning the QR code on your warranty card with your smartphone and/or by accessing this information at any official Breitling retailer or Breitling Boutique:
Model name
Model reference
Serial number
Warranty activation date
International warranty period.
The warranty remains valid during the warranty period only if any necessary service or repair work on your Breitling watch or chronograph is carried out by an authorised Breitling Service Center.


THE BREITLING INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY AND THE BREITLING INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURE MOVEMENT WARRANTY DO NOT COVER (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “EXCEPTIONS”):
Theft, loss, acts of God, natural disasters and accidents (impact, shock or crushing, etc.).
Damage resulting from mishandling or improper use.
Damage resulting from tampering with the watch by anyone other than an authorized Breitling Service center.
Straps other than metal bracelets.
Normal wear and tear and aging of the watch and/or the metal bracelet and clasp.
Any routine service carried out in accordance with the recommended service plan for your Breitling watch.
Applications for the repair of a watch of which the warranty has not been activated.
NOTE: The Breitling International Warranty and the Breitling International Manufacture Movement Warranty do not in any way affect the consumers’ rights legally recognized by the law applicable in the product’s country of purchase.
SERVICE WARRANTY
All interventions carried out by a certified Breitling service center as well as parts, which are exchanged, are covered by mandatory legal warranty, as applicable per national law in the country where the service is performed (“Repair Warranty”).
The works performed within the Repair Warranty and duration of warranty for each, are displayed on the invoice and/or delivery note.
For the Repair Warranty, as far as not in contradiction with applicable mandatory legal warranty, same Exceptions as for Breitling International Warranty apply.
