How do I place an order over the phone?

Which Breitling products can i order online?

If we don't have the watch or strap available online, you can contact our Breitling Concierge.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 working days from when your order is confirmed. You will receive the tracking number by email once the order has been dispatched

How will my order be delivered?

For security reasons, we will ship all our orders in a non-brand shipping box and signature is required on delivery (or alternative in accordiance with current COVID19 regulations)

What courier does Breitling use?

To ensure outstanding service and fast delivery, we proudly partner with DHL and a signature will be required upon delivery to your address (or alternative in accordiance with current COVID19 regulations)

How do I track my order?

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to be dispatch, which will include a DHL tracking reference and link so you can monitor the delivery progress on the DHL website.

Do I need to sign for my parcel and will I receive a confirmation once my order has been delivered?

An adult will need to sign for the package to accept the delivery (or alternative in accordiance with current COVID19 regulations)

Can I order to a different country than the country selected on the website?

We offer online shopping in for many countries, however before browsing please pre-select the country of deliver for the acurate information of our online service.

Can I pick up my online purchase in a Breitling boutique?

Currently we do not offer this service

Can I ask my product to be delivered at a later date?

Via the tracking number of our carrier, you are able to monitor the shipment and adjust the delivery dates if needed

May I change or modify the payment method, or use two different payment methods for the same order?

Unfortunately we are unable to modify your payment method for an existing order or accept two different payment methods on a single transaction. If you wish to change your payment method after placing your order, you will need to request a cancellation and our Breitling Concierge team can help set up a new order for you.

Can I return my purchase, what is the return period and how can i return make a return?

We hope you enjoy your new Breitling watch or strap upon delivery but if you wish to return your Breitling order for any reason, you can contact the Breitling Concierge to request a return within 14 days of your delivery date. We offer complimentary returns collections with DHL and provide you a prepaid return labels
