Follow these simple steps should you or the gift recipient wish to return a Breitling product:
- Contact the Breitling Concierge on 0720 380113 to request a return
- Follow the return instructions indicated by Breitling which was included in the parcel
- Return the product within 14 days of the delivery date
Once Breitling has received the product, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Please keep in mind that you can only return and be fully refunded, if you return the product in its original state that you had received it in, with complete accessories and stickers and security tags still attached.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.
Upon receiving a return, Breitling will verify that the returned Breitling Product satisfies the conditions of the return rules. Breitling will apply a strict Quality Control. If the Products do not meet Quality Control standards, Breitling will refuse the return, or offer a partial refund and the Breitling Products will be sent back to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable. If the returned Breitling Product satisfies the Quality Control, Breitling will proceed with the applicable refund. This process can take up to 14 days.
- Breitling will bear the return costs if the return label generated by our Concierge is used.
- Only Breitling products that have been purchased via the website or through the Concierge Service may be returned to Breitling through this process.
- Breitling products that have been customized or engraved cannot be returned to Breitling for a refund.
