The Story

The Superocean Heritage ’57 Outerknown pays tribute to the original 1957 SuperOcean and the cool, laid-back surfing lifestyle of the 1960s. Co-designed with Kelly Slater’s surf wear brand, it features a special ECONYL® yarn single-piece strap, repurposed from nylon waste pulled out from the oceans, like fishing nets. Available in stainless steel, the 42 mm case features two signature elements of the original SuperOcean: a concave bidirectional ceramic bezel and a dial featuring oversized indices. Codesigned with Kelly Slater’s surf wear brand, the Superocean Heritage ’57 Outerknown is paired with a brown Outerknown single-piece strap crafted from ECONYL® yarn. The Superocean Heritage ’57 Outerknown is powered by the Breitling Caliber 10, a COSC-certified chronometer.
